ECONOMIC AND FINANCIAL VIABILITY
Economic and financial analysis of projects, supporting our clients in investment decisions. We carry out investment analysis through the preparation of financial projections in different scenarios, allowing us to evaluate the results and main return indicators (net present value, internal rate of return, payback, etc.) and sensitize of the most determinant variables of the project.
VALUATION
We carry out economic and financial valuations of companies with an impartial and independent approach and we have an experienced team, with deep technical knowledge. We issue formal appraisal reports for purposes of complying with accounting standards, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, PPAs, mark-to-market and impairment tests.
M&A
We offer full support in M&A transaction. We act from the business preparation for an M&A operation, as well as supporting the transaction (including valuation, preparation of materials, negotiation and others), until the integration of post M&A with focus on synergies.

+ 15 years of experience in financial industry, in economic and financial feasibility and assessment process, valuation and M&A deals.
Graduated in Business Administration and Specialization in Finance from the University of California - Berkeley. Among his specialties are Valuation and Corporate Finance at New York University (NYU) and Market Operator (FIA/USP) courses, beyond CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), CFP (Certified Financial Planner) and CNPI (National Investment Professional Certificate) certificates.
Prior to joining Cubo, Júlia accumulated experience in Thoreos Consultoira, and HSBC Brazil.

Graduated in Economics at UFMG and University of Michigan, holds an MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral and an MBRA in Finance from IBMEC. Among his specialties are M&A courses at The University of Chicago - Booth School of Business.
Before Cubo, Mariana acted in Thoreos Consultoria, Delloite, Hermes Pardini Group, Ferrous Resources and Coca-Cola.

Renata earned dual degrees in Accounting and Business Administration with Honors.
